Cancellation Policy
We require 48 hours notice for cancellations and changes. There will be a 100% cancellation fee for no shows or cancellations within 24 hrs of the scheduled appointment.
Tardiness over 15 mins or more can result in same day cancellation. 100% cancellation fee will be applied for clients who run over the 15 min grace period and fail to communicate.
